Research
We spoke to the QW users of the age 9-18 years. We identified the pain points and additional features they would like to have for a better experience.
Research
Outcomes
Following the Research and Define phase, we created user personas, empathy maps, user journeys, competitor analysis, features lists, Information architecture and wireframes

They found the platform
confusing and boring.

User retention rate was low.

They wished this platform
had more features.

User personas

ideation
After working on the information hierarchy and user flows, we created high fidelity wireframes for the client before incorporating the design elements into the final design.
Final Screens
To get the perfect UI, we created mood board and defined a design system. Keeping the users in the center was the main goal of this project. Considering that we used the current UI trends and tried making it futuristic.
